This Friday begins the Dance City in Irun
- The Dantza hirian festival will tour the streets of Irun, Hendaia, Biarritz, Errenteria, Donostia and Hondarribia between 10 and 26 September. Basque and foreign companies can be enjoyed for the sixteenth time in the context of the Eurocity Baiona-San Sebastián.
The companies Node, Xian Martínez, Ixa Universos de Movimiento, Lasala, Led Silhouette, Organik and Ertza are the competing companies at the Vitoria-Gasteiz festival. Those approaching from the Iberian Peninsula and France are: Marcat dance, Alexandra N´Possee, Those People, La Intrusa, Sharon Fridman, Adrián Manzano and Diana Wondy and Not Baptized. Dance companies have been invited within the Aterpean eta Ibili programmes and in collaboration with the Achelo-Open Festival.
Dance performances will take place in streets and squares over the coming days, but this year, due to Covid-19, sessions have been organized for the educational centers that have participated in the program of other editions, drawing workshop and master classes.
