At a midday hearing, Counsellor Murga said his intention is "to continue detecting and isolating new cases," so they will continue to conduct screening tests. He added that in the past few days residential and residential health care residents have been tested, but has announced that from now on they will begin to perform rapid tests on all professionals in Osakidetza "to identify how many professionals have created antibodies and to strengthen their safety and that of patients".
Thus, the tests will be carried out first to the ICU staff and to the emergency or care staff of patients with disease. Subsequently, they will also be carried out to the surgical teams and the staff of the units that care for oncohematological patients. Then, counsellor Murga has acknowledged that they want to reach the other professionals of Osakidetza: "We're going to work progressively, reaching all the workers, over 35,000 people."
