Osakidetza condemned for closing health centers in summer
- A court in Vitoria-Gasteiz has declared that Osakidetza "violated the fundamental right to collective bargaining" by not having negotiated and previously informed about the closure of health centres last summer.
The judge agrees with the complaint lodged by the CAV Satse nursing union, which states that it has violated the right to negotiate workers, and Sats recalls that this is the third time that Osakidetza has been convicted for this reason. “This shows that Osakidetza does not have a democratic position.”
