ETXERAT announced on Monday morning the eviction of the plant in Albacete. “Welcome Oier! One less!” said the association of family and friends of Basque political prisoners.
Oier Andueza Antxia was born in Durango. He was arrested by the National Police in Bilbao in 2001, charged with a crime of belonging to ETA and relating to several murders. He has been in Spanish jails in Cáceres or Sotol del Real (Madrid), but most of the years of his conviction have been spent in Murcia II prison. In the latter prison, officials attacked Andueza in 2014, according to ETXERAT in a statement. He is the father of two minor children.
