In Navarre, less than ten people can be grouped into houses and associations
- Navarre has shown what is the "Phase I of transition to a new normality": since 11 May, meetings of less than ten people can be held at home, in gastronomic societies and terraces of hospitality. There is no time for these meetings and the inhabitants of the area can move around Navarre.
The Government of Navarre has made clear in a statement what can be done in the first phase of the Endesa League. One of the great needs that citizens have felt during confinement has been to meet face-to-face with all kinds of relationships. In this respect, the Government of Navarra says: "Meetings of up to 10 people are allowed in this Phase I transition to a 'new normalcy', both in homes and in other places, clubs or associations, as well as in the terraces of the hospitality establishments of the Foral Community".
There are no schedules for "these family or social gatherings" (yes for walks and sports, yes, the schedules are in effect) and in those groups of friends "it will be necessary to maintain the distances and health and safety measures that are already known to prevent contagion". The protective measures are: maintain a safety distance of at least two metres or alternative physical protection measures, wash hands frequently with soap and water or respect the breath of others, i.e. coughing at the angle of the elbow or covering the nose and mouth with a handkerchief. The note from the Government of Navarre points out that at this stage there is also a need for other measures affecting the relations of the citizens: not to shake hands, not hugs and kisses.
Anywhere and at any time within the limits of Navarre
Regarding mobility, in this Phase I, the government clarifies that "mobility is allowed without specific slots, but without exceeding the provincial limits. Inter-provincial movements at this stage are prohibited, with the following exceptions: 'For reasons of health, work, profession or company, return to the family home, care and support for elderly, dependent or disabled people, and in any situation that the situation requires'.
