The institutional declaration in favour of Euskaraldia was voted on Monday in the Parliament of Navarre. The proposal had a majority: The PSN abstained, while Navarre Suma voted against it and all parties voted in favour of the text. The reform of the regulation was adopted on 15 October, and since then the institutional statements need the consensus of all the political parties in order to be accepted and not the majority. In October, Navarra Suma was the only party that voted against the reform of the regulations.
