They denounce that the Government of Navarra's job offer will maintain a period of 40%
- This week the Government of Navarre approved by Decree-Law a public job offer of 3,588 places, and the unions have denounced that progress is not going to be made.
On Friday the unions ELA, ESK, Steilas and the Assembly of Contingent Workers of Navarre met at the headquarters of the Provincial Council of Navarre to denounce that the legislative decree adopted this week by the Government of Navarre will not entail improvements.
With this "Stabilization Decree" a public job offer of 3,588 places will be made in Navarre, but the unions say that temporality will remain at 40%.
They have protested with the banner of 'Either they stabilise us, or they will precarize us', and they have voiced calls for the consolidation of jobs. The trade unions say that this Decree-Law will not reduce temporality, because it will be maintained at 40%; the data of Navarre are far from the 8% required by Europe.
New public job offer
80.5% (2,889) of the 3,588 new places to be offered by the Government of Navarra will be awarded by merit competition and the remainder by competitive tender (699 in total).
Work is done for different departments. 1,417 will be from the health sector, 766 from non-university education and the remaining 1,405 from the Foral Administration and Autonomous Agencies.
