LAB denounces the extreme situation of Glovo workers in Navarre, Araba and Gipuzkoa and the situation of total disprotection of these workers. Eleven trials in the same direction have been resolved and according to the union there is no doubt about the employment relationship between rider and company: the situation is "dramatic". In addition, he adds that the union, the Supreme Court, on two occasions, has decided that the doctrine to follow should be clearly established. For its part, Glovo, the High Court of Justice of the Basque Country, has decided not to appeal the judgment on the Bizkaia cases.

LAB ensures that workers continue to receive invoices instead of payroll and therefore continue without the right to vacation, or without the possibility of maternity/paternity or IT benefits, or without a secure wage or a certain percentage of working time. That is, in the words of the union “without labour rights”.

In addition, LAB ensures that the company continues to act fraudulently. It also denounces the lack of attention on the part of the Labour Inspectorate, while LAB insists that this staff should not be abandoned. He adds that the company's lack of contribution has caused damage, often irreversible, and the trade union is clear that the company and the labour inspectorate are "directly responsible" for this.

LAB has therefore ensured that if measures are not taken in the short term, legal avenues will be explored for the settlement of responsibilities and compensation to the workers concerned.
