The result of the vote on Monday was communicated on Tuesday morning. Participation has been 94.69%. 57% voted in favour of the convention and 43% against. The number of workers who voted against the convention is almost half of those who have participated in strikes (95% have participated in strikes).
ELA denounces that “the group that will suffer the most from the measures of the convention has voted no”. Of the workshop workers, 1,807 voted against, 1,639 voted yes.
On the other hand, CCOO says that the day has been “historic” and that the victory is of the workers. He states that the decision has been important and that other trade union organizations have polluted the context because “they have insulted the agreement, the workers and the future of the factory”.

The staff have had the opportunity to vote in two ways: telematics or ballot boxes. The company has opened a telematic voting application (10% of the workers who requested the telematic vote) and has installed 22 cenicers in the factory, open to all work shifts.
