The Aiaraldea Factorship of Actions has created a tool to make hidden machismo visible. In a 32-page dossier, Kokoriko Hezkuntza Faktoria and Feminism have gathered the theoretical framework and some exercises and resources for reflection.
The objective is to make visible the roots of male violence and to give the word to the oppressive situations that arise or suffer in daily life, as well as to develop commitments to end gender violence.
"On March 8, a dossier was opened to put lives and care at the centre, and this is the continuation of it," the creators said.
Initiatives have been proposed from Early Childhood Education to Baccalaureate and inspired reflection indicators for educators and teachers: "Education is full of micromachismos." As an example of this, they have put the didactic materials, the way educators organize the centers, or the distribution and use of some spaces.
Dossier available on the network
The dossier has already been distributed in 18 educational centres in Aiaraldea. However, the work has hung on the Internet to make it accessible to everyone.
