Heinz Alfred's centenary "Henry" Kissinger's birthday, amidst the disgusting comment/reflection that could be expected, has led to perhaps not being so predictable (or yes?) some nuances.
To begin with, if you've had in the United States, which is not your home country, but you have had your country -- how to say, cold welcome. Memory has not even been mentioned in the mainstream media, or, if mentioned, it has gone somewhere where we are unable to find it. And when it has been said out loud, I would say that we have heard unsweet (and inaccurate) comments. Suppose that Kissinger had been written what the Voice of America did a bit officially. Faithful reading of the Wikipedia allowed, among other things, to avoid errors.
The long trajectory of the character, but above all the scarce decade of first-order politics, for its spectacular lights and shadows? If so, it means illness. But I really don't think so.
Criticising the politician Kissinger is not difficult, but making it rigorous gives a little more work. And these days it's seen so little. To address intellectual Kissinger you have to read his work and it is not an afternoon. He has written a great deal (and long), until yesterday morning.
Respect for this centenary from the official media of China (and in no case those who are not). Includes the home visit of the newly appointed ambassador. But always underlining the difference between Kissinger’s past and the acidity that leads to the current situation.
You can make a bet that has been the main reason why your birthday was imposed in the United States. In recent years, Kissinger has been a veritable mandeulia in the face of rhetoric and praxis almost unanimously used by US commanders against China. He has not lost the opportunity to speak against. Sometimes quite dramatic. Whatever the administration.
And Kissinger can be accused of a thousand things, but nobody can say that what he now says is inconsistent with what he said, let alone that he is repulsed from his head: he has hakes, anywhere else, of course. And you can't even say that when he talks about China, he doesn't know what he's referring to; in this respect, if he's not the most dressed in the higher circles of America, he's still one of the best known.
And that same thing should give you what to think.
The debate about Joe Biden's cognitive impairment lasts about two years. Sometimes he behaved strangely, sometimes didn't get it right or said things that weren't true, like his son had died in Iraq. However, the liberal establishment considered any doubt about its cognitive state... [+]
