Araba Bizirk has seen the need to convene a concentration to express his “rejection of the macro-projects that threaten the Alavese territory”. For each destructive macro-project, they say that a popular movement has been born that is ready to respond to macro-projects and defend the land.
Of these movements, 16 have met to present claims to the projects to the Basque Government: So No Argantzun, So No Kuartango, So No Kuartango, So No Gasteiz, Lautadako TTrik ez, Zigoitia, Zuia Bidean, Urkabustaiz Babes, Dikerik ez, Bionekazaritza bizirik, others These allegations will add to the many others that have previously been received, with a total of 50,000 claims.
Under the guise of “energy transition”, Araba Bizirik has denounced that the Basque Government and the Provincial Council of Álava have neglected citizenship and the Alavese lands and narrowed the hands of entrepreneurs. They have stressed that they have made it clear that they are “slaves of money”, saying that “Álava is nothing but a market” for the authorities.
In addition to the destruction of biodiversity, they have also pointed out that “people who have invested in rural life and sustainable rural development projects are at risk of being expelled from the territory”. There are citizens who are being forced to “leave the house, the people and the land”.
They have invited all the people who “love Álava” and are willing to defend it to join the demonstration on 26 October to denounce “this madness”. In it, they will demand “to set limits on large companies” and in defense of the territory “the firm involvement of the Basque Government and the Provincial Council of Álava”.

The reading of the documentation... [+]
