For this reason, Lurramak has assumed the motto of Slow Food "Klima, bizia da" with the theme of 2019. We want to explain the positive effects that popular cultivation has on climate, food and health, and by acting in the place that brings it to light, we feed a broader view. Today, as climate change is one of the main concerns of society, we have the opportunity to meet prestigious experts on this issue.
Piero Sardo, president of the association Slow Food, and Valérie Masson Delmotte, co-president of the intergovernmental group on climate change IPCC, will be the salero and gazami of this edition.
