The signatories of the Convention agree that it is urgent to reverse the situation of the City Hall: "The mayor of Navarra Suma and his entire government team have repeatedly demonstrated their authoritarian and sectarian attitude when making decisions, the lack of management capacity of the City Hall and the lack of projects for our city is evident. Therefore, in view of all this, the motion of censure arises from the need for the right UPN, PP and C's to leave the Mayor of Estella-Lizarra".
In a communiqué sent by the signatories of the motion of censure, they consider that "it is essential that this situation should not be prolonged any longer and, despite the differences between the political groups, they have taken a step forward with generosity and commitment to citizenship". Councillors Koldo Leoz Garciandía, Uxua Domblás Ibáñez, Regino Etxabe Díaz, Edurne Ruiz Armendariz, Maider Barbarin Pérez de Viñaspre, Unai Errazkin Peña, Jorge Crespo Ganuza, Magdalena Hernández Salazar and Pablo Ezra
They have also signed a Government Agreement for the remaining legislature, which sets out the commitments entered into: "They will have a higher degree of definition and precision when the heads of the commissions of the municipal departments are constituted".
It is agreed that the Mayor will be taken over by EH Bildu Councilor, Koldo Leoz Garciandia, from his inauguration until March 1, 2022, and will then be taken over by Jorge Crespo Ganuza.
