A man is sentenced to four years in prison after being charged with sexual assault on a 13-year-old girl on a car ride between San Sebastian and Tolosa in 2019. Although the prosecution and the victim demanded an eight-year prison sentence, the penalty has been reduced, inter alia, by the drunkenness of the accused and the delay in judicial proceedings. The victim has suffered for two months anxiety and depression as a result of these actions.
What happened
The Efe agency has been informed of the facts through the indictment of the Prosecutor’s Office. According to the data provided at the trial, the victim and the defendant are neighbors, and in the early morning of August 16, 2019, walking from San Sebastian, the man started playing the girl's ass.
