In a statement issued by Lurzaindia to his collaborators, Errobi stated that "the crops of the community have decreased by 21% between 2000 and 2010, and the territory has lost 34%. If they vote in favour, the 10 hectares of crops currently used by farmers, artificialized and perishable will be lost."

Lurzaindia has pointed out that agriculture generates employment, as production, processing and marketing come together through the agricultural use of fields and fields.
