LAB described as "police assembly" the arrest of six union members for their participation in the disturbances that occurred on 9 April in the cleaning sector, in which a truck from the company ISN was blocked and on 8 March a protest against the headquarters of the Confederación Empresarial de Navarra (CEN).

Trade union representatives held a press conference and a rally at CEN headquarters on Thursday in which Yolanda Forcelledo and Inés Calabuig, two of the cleaning representatives, as explained in a statement, were held to "denounce the employers as responsible for the discrimination and exploitation of working women".

In the union's view, "it is clear that the established powers, the employers, the judiciary and the police are trying to undermine and punish our actions with arrests, fines and minimum services of 100% for the strike to leave no consequences". "This week's police assembly, between the Employers and a police judicial apparatus at their service, is one more example of this," he said.

For LAB, "It's no coincidence that it responds to our reaction in the same way that the system is doing." "In the face of our struggle, the heteropatriarchal capitalist system has been rearmed. It censors us, it stops us, it punishes us, it wants to discipline us to be afraid, to keep us silent and to be docile," because "it annoys us a lot to resist and rebel against the place that wants us to suffer."

He also indicated that "it is no coincidence that when our feminist trade union struggle is the most organized, when it is having more echo and monitoring", the answer is "forceful, strong and radical". "We're questioning the established order and we've been told we're going to pay it expensive," said LAB, "we're not going to take a step back, we're not going to leave aside any claim, there's not going to be a friend in the loop, we're going to keep fighting all together and stronger than ever."
