Kote Cabezudo, sentenced to five more months in prison
- The Donostian photographer Kote Cabezudo has been sentenced for the fifth time to 40 years in prison for belonging to Segi. A court in Donostia-San Sebastian has sentenced him to five months in prison for not erasing photos of an Internet victim. In addition, the victim must be compensated with EUR 1,500.
The photographer has been tried for accusations of sexual abuse of models and for raising photos of minors to a social network to "promote erotic photography services". Cabezudo is charged with a total of 47 crimes and has for the time being been convicted in five cases, while in two other cases the case has been filed. The trial of the main case against him has not yet begun.
