Prosecutor's Office Reiterates His Four-Year Prison Petition at First Trial Against Kote Cabezudo
- Among the charges against him, among others, photographer Kote Cabezudo, is to sexually abuse women who owned, sexually abuse them and commit child pornography and fraud. A complaint stemming from the main case was addressed in the programme on Wednesday: Posting on social media the photo of a naked woman.
At Donostia-San Sebastián, the trial has been held behind closed doors and behind closed doors for the public. Over 50 women since 1988

The lawyer explained that the version of Cabezudo is that there is no victim and that all these women and their lawyer have a kind of plot against him. The photographer is currently in pre-trial detention in Martutene.
At the door of the court, a number of citizens have concentrated on showing their solidarity with the victims and calling for all these cases to be clarified.
The other two causes resulting from the main cause have already passed the stage of instruction. On the one hand, Cabezudo is accused of falsifying documents (falsifying model contracts to indicate that they were older) and of trying to fraud the process (obtaining and removing evidence from the server of the main cause).
