The Guipuzkoan prisoner has been convicted by the Spanish National High Court for ordering the Amurrio attack, as reported by the Efe agency in a statement. The French State handed over the sentence in 2019 to Marixol Iparragirre, to the Spanish State, after having fully complied with the sentence imposed in France. In Spain, twelve cases have been opened, and today is the ninth closed. Iparragirre, who has been sentenced to more than 250 years in prison for a crime of belonging to ETA in the 1980s and 1990s, has been charged with an attack.
