Argia Award for Best Campaign: Zaldibar Argitu
- Because with five words they have demonstrated the ability to question the world today and to sum up a political program capable of protecting thousands of people: Staff, health, responsibilities. Zaldibar Argitu Jokin Bergara, Janire Lazkano and Gaizka Zabarte were in charge of collecting the prize.
This bottom-up citizen movement has made a hail effort not to forget the garbage leap that stole the lives of the workers Joaquín Beltrán and Alberto Sololuze, who infected the area. They have continued the struggle, to the point of putting the issue at its peak and putting the “Basque oasis” on fire, although this global pandemic almost wiped it out, they have continued to work. In 2021, when a year of destruction is achieved, work will continue both in the courts and in Europe.
Always working in the field of communication with a great deal, be it the song, be it the symbol, be it the reading, or the mobilization model... they have managed to add amplitude without giving up their ideas.
