The portrait of Juan Carlos de Borbón has been removed from the Chamber of Government of the Parliament of Navarra. The Bureau and the Board of Spokesmen have agreed to withdraw it, which has been withdrawn within a few hours of 15 June. The left has raised the initiative for the illegal commissions that it allegedly paid for the works of the High-Speed Train to Mecca and has been supported by PSN, Geroa Bai, EH Bildu and Podemos. Navarre Suma voted against.
The time at which the table has been withdrawn is as follows:

The PSN and Navarre Suma voted against the point in favour of setting up a committee of inquiry in the Congress of Deputies. The PSN has said that, as the courts are being investigated, it does not see any need to do that and I-E has called for a referendum on the monarchy.
On 15 June the Navarre Parliament adopted an institutional declaration in favour of the withdrawal of medals from Franco's torturers. In it, they urge the Spanish Government to withdraw all decorations to officials and authorities who, during the Franco regime, "committed or observed acts incompatible with human rights", even to those who have already died. This request, agreed by the Parliament of Navarra, follows the same line as that made by the Congress of Spain on 11 June, in which it was requested that the decorations be removed from Antonio González Pacheco "Billy el Niño" and other known torturing police.
The Navarre Parliament has also called for the suspension of the economic benefits of withdrawing decorations. And for the abolition of nobiliary titles granted between 1948 and 1978.
