The French Court of Appeal decides not to release Josu Urrutikoetxea from Spain

Courts approve probation in fifth

Since then, the courts have denied on four occasions the defence ' s request for parole. France rejects Spain's request for a Euroorder
Since October 2015, Spain has prosecuted Urrutikoetxea for "a crime against humanity" in the 2006 Barajas attack, considered as head of the ETA political apparatus between 2005 and 2007 and has therefore called for a Euroorder. At yesterday ' s sitting, the Court of Appeal rejected this arrest warrant on technical grounds.
