José Mari Esparza says that “she was born in a humble and working family.” This working class gave him the desire and passion for the struggle and opposed Franco’s repression, especially in unionism. Together with the reality of the factory, he knew the murders of Montejurra, among others, and presented an avant-garde work on history, highlighting the importance of memory and history. Once the doors of literature were opened, Esparza created the editorial, and while the readers enjoy its extensive legacy, he is grateful especially to the Basque Country and the Basque Country.
