>> Practical guide developed by Arabako Aleak:
"1. At the stage", starting on 11 May, several installations will be opened for the practice of non-contact sports, such as athletics and tennis courts, and can be practised in some sports centres, with prior appointment and under certain conditions (e.g. costumes will not be used).
Active and nature-related tourism can be carried out at this stage in small groups, the number of which has not yet been determined. Larger groups may be formed in the post-de-escalation phases. Hunting and sport fishing will then also resume.
"2. Lack of evidence. Phase 2 (from 25 May) and Phase 3. In phase 2 (from 8 June) there will be more possibilities for physical activity, but the Government recalls that each territory will move from one phase to another depending on the current situation, provided that the conditions determined by the Ministry of Health are met. Sánchez has pointed out that "the new normality" will take place at the end of June.

In the French State you can practise outdoor sport, with people living alone or in the same house. The government announced this week that from 11 May it will also be possible to go further for sport. Limited hours are available in France. You can not practice sports between 10:00 and 19:00 in the morning in order not to match business hours.
The sports clubs will not be allowed at the moment, neither the football league, which has been suspended, nor those that are played in closed places. Events involving more than 5,000 people (sports tournaments, cultural events, festivals...) will not be held until September, as Prime Minister Édouard Philippe announced.
The beaches will remain closed until at least 1 June, and in the case of parks and gardens they will only open "in those countries where the virus does not work actively". On the other hand, travelling from one region to another will be for work or family reasons only.
