The feminist movement in Bilbao is determined to respond to the aggressions that can occur during the festivities
- The feminist movement in Bilbao appeared on Tuesday to denounce the Machistan aggressions against the feminist demonstration held on the first day of Grande Week. The facts, far from being frightened, are confirmed in the fight. Calling for feminist self-defence, they have sent out a clear message: “Let’s take the space that corresponds, the Big Week is ours, the parties are ours!”
On Tuesday afternoon, the feminist movement in Bilbao appeared in front of Arriaga to denounce the aggressions suffered on the first day of festivities. In fact, on Saturday, coinciding with the beginning of Bilbao's Big Week, the feminist movement manifested itself in the txosnagunea. Every metro we were moving forward was a victory, and we understand that!” They end their appearance with a clear message: “Let’s take the space that corresponds, the Big Week is ours, the parties are ours!”
