After declaring telematically before the judge at the headquarters of the Municipal Police, the ten young people of the County of Pamplona arrested this week in a police operation left this Thursday individually at 14:30. On the outside they have welcomed with applause the relatives and friends who have given them their support in recent days.
One of the lawyers has explained to the relatives that the investigation originates from a police report that, according to Berria, accuses them of "forming a post-division band of ETA" and three of them attribute the formation of "criminal band". Leaving the secret of the summary, lawyers have been able to thoroughly review the seven-volume report, in which transcripts of phone calls, cards, information on cultural events, etc. have been found.
On Wednesday they were also called to testify to two other people, all of them minors. So there are twelve young people in this situation. Family members have denounced the lack of information and uncertainty since the beginning of the operation, and young people have been involved these days in a wave of solidarity.
