Orange foods are rich in beta-carotenes. These pigments are perfect for preserving the skin, as they are antioxidants. The yellow color of vegetables and fruits indicates that they are foods with lutein and zeaxanthin: we protect our eyes, we care for our skin and we get antioxidants. In addition, it helps awaken joy and nervous system.
The way of cooking is also important, as the steamed dish maintains the nutritional characteristics of vegetables and fruits, vitamins and minerals, and pigments do not suffer. On the other hand, after the summer excesses, the body finds itself well with creams of vegetables, soups and broths of vegetables. We have to enrich our menus in vegetables and fruits.
