Last week, Directo published that the Spanish Police, Daniel Hernández Pons, had spent three years infiltrating the libertarian movement in Barcelona, during which he spent a few days in Errekaleor, in the context of anarchist meetings.

Through notes, Errekaleor Activa has sent “protection” to the agents who have suffered the criminalization by the hand of this subject. What happened is, in general, the “repression” developed by the State security forces against the popular movement. He stressed that the head of the operation is the Spanish Ministry of the Interior, chaired by Fernando Grande Marlaska, remembering that “Marlaska has a “direct responsibility” to the torture and detention of Basque citizens “hundreds”: “the senior State officials continue to regard as enemies all that makes him political opposition”.

He has also denounced the “machista y sexista” use of the infiltrated police’s affective sexual relations and has expressed his “solidarity” with the “assaulted women”.

He has claimed that the occupied neighborhood of Errekaleor is a “political” project, “a self-managed space, assembly, feminist, anti-capitalist and Euskaldun”. Police infiltrations seek “distortion” and “criminalization” according to the agent, but say they will not “end” the popular movement for repression.
