The roof where the solar panels will be installed is left at the disposal of I-Ener for a period of 25 years. The investment is carried out by I-Ener in its entirety and I-Ener is also responsible for the maintenance of the plant. I-Ener pays a symbolic rent of one euro per year per roof.
These projects allow local renewable energy production.
