As Seaska students learn Basque, lawyer Larrea has argued that if they cannot use this language in the exam they are "harmed" and has asked that the court of the principal oral examination of the minor be bilingual. If these oral tests carried out in Euskera were not recognized by the French Ministry of Education, Seaska has announced that it "could bring this decision to trial".
