The fronton of Hondarribia, full of Spanish flags
- Spain will exhibit pigeons in Gipuzkoa. The City Council has called for the withdrawal of the flags and instead the ikurdists of the flags have been placed.
Following complaints from several citizens, the Hondarribia City Hall asked on Wednesday night for the withdrawal of Spanish flags and the placing of ikurriñas on the fronton of Hondarribia. With the help of the Spanish Federation of Usozales, the exhibition can be visited from Thursday to Sunday. This year’s edition will be the 104th edition. In total, there will be 225 flying pigeons competing at the Olympic Games.
The news, disseminated through social networks, was contacted "immediately" with the organizers of the march, as reported by the City Hall. The Spanish flags were withdrawn and the Ikurriñas placed.
