Mortgages and land prices have increased in Hego Euskal Herria in the last year. According to data from the Statistical Center of Notarial Information, mortgages signed in March in Álava, Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa were the third most expensive in the Spanish State. Navarre is the fifth. Mortgages cost EUR 258,327 and EUR 187,028, respectively. The state average is EUR 160,000.
