Asiron has stated that, among other things, they have denied that Amaia Otamendi, former UPN councillor, has participated in the organization, "but then we have seen that he asked for permission and in the press you see how everything is organized. So lies everywhere.” In the preparation work, tens of tons of sand have been thrown into the fortress, something that Asiron thought began to do "at least nine days before obtaining the municipal license. That's very close to prevarication. The regulations are very clear, permits must be given before the works begin. Any citizen of Pamplona is required to do so, you cannot start the cooking works of your house if you do not have permission.” It has therefore announced that they will file a complaint against the promoter, who is in charge of the works of the competition.

In addition, EH representative Bildu has denounced that they started "without authorization" from the municipal police and municipal gardening. Allegations of sabotage
