Argentine historian and journalist Osvaldo Bayer writes a wonderful novel called Rainer and Minou, transoceanic and little known in this part of the ocean. The anarchist intellectual Osvaldo Bayer offers us good examples of Germany’s then context and atmosphere, anecdotes of great clarity so that we too can better understand the guilt complex of today’s Germany, the behaviour of Israel and the President of the European Commission, Ursula Von der Leyen, the consequence of the complex that they have not yet overcome.
