The sixth edition of (H)ilbeltza will take place in Baztan
- From 20 to 26 January, the week of the black novel in Basque will be held in the Baztan Valley. With the black gender as the axis, they have prepared a very rich and varied program.
For the sixth consecutive year, the baztans will dedicate their space to the black genre in the month of January. The Black Novel Festival celebrates its sixth edition in 2020, with a program full of activities and shows. Among other activities, talks, round tables, book presentations, recitals and exhibitions have been scheduled, among other activities.
A few days before the festival week you will see the exhibition Kanthoria de Bereterretxe, by Begoña Durruty, in the Arizkunenea Culture House.
A group of readers launched (H)ilbeltza in 2015. Seeing that the black genre aroused interest, since then the week of the black novel in Euskera has been organized every year. Taking advantage that nearby it is called "Ilbeltza" in the first month of the year, the festival was called (H)ilbeltza.
