Chapuzas of the Department of Education
Lakua wants to take the chronically ill out of the service commissions with the axe of the decree that this year has been launched for this purpose. The call for services itself says that people with chronic health problems have to request work adaptation.
Once meeting at the table, the Department of Education informed the unions of the way forward for the teachers in this situation: going to the prevention services.
On the spring vacation, teachers with incurable illnesses, we collected all the medical reports and took them to the prevention service. The doctor who attended us must decide that some teachers should come home and others should not. It should be noted that some professors have been denied the adaptation without being seen by the doctor.
The Department of Education committed the unions to bring the resolution to a conclusion by the end of May, but it has not kept to its word. Twenty days later, two days before the settlement of the agreement, the answer comes from telephone calls made on the award portal, for some people and without any possibility of appeal. This is nothing serious.
As workers, do we deserve this treatment?

All fathers and mothers should know that this is the treatment that the Department of Education gives to the workers that for so many years we have been involved in the service and care of your sons and daughters, and their attitude of care. These responses are absolutely inadequate and the situation we have been experiencing since the past year is unacceptable.
Once the new call has been launched, after so many complaints and resources, many professors have been rejected at the heart of the process, because the processes are complicated and laborious, and we have to reserve that energy for our daily work. We only have to ask for sick leave. In addition, this is what the Department of Education "advises" us: “If you’re wrong to apply for leave,” with the economic damage it entails for the whole of society.
We want to convey to those who read this that the workers we are in this situation are not unskilled. We have health problems, but our work is done like the rest of the teachers and we need adaptations so we don't exacerbate our problem.
Is it not better to take into account the health status of the professors who have received the negative rather than overflowing diseases and wait for situations of dismissal?
Is it not in everyone’s interest to ensure the well-being of our children?
