In the four capitals of Hego Euskal Herria and in several localities, the pensioners have denounced in the usual mobilization on Mondays the difficulties of the elderly to make financial arrangements. In fact, banks have reduced attention on the window, which has led to "big queues" and "damage" in the area to these people. - No bank abuse! Protesters have left the street under the slogan "No comments".

Naiz has disseminated the demands and complaints made during the mobilizations this Monday, and, as indicated, pensioners have pointed out that there are "long queues" in front of banks and that they "have difficulty in getting their money". They have denounced that "the computerization and digitization of administrative processes has served to drastically reduce bank, worker and public service schedules". For example, small towns only provide services for two days and, in some cases, branches have also been closed down. As explained, the reduction in in-person care mainly affects the elderly, due to the difficulties they have to perform Internet operations, mostly due to lack of knowledge of new technologies.

Protesters have targeted banks to "open up special points of care for the elderly", end queues, ensure in-person care, restore services, increase staffing and reduce the 2015 fees. Between 2008 and 2019 the number of branches in the CAV has decreased from 2,006 to 1,996, while in the Spanish State 22,628 branches have been closed and more than 9,000 jobs have been lost. In addition, they have recalled that, despite the cut in citizen care services, in the state "the central bank has gained more than 8.8 billion euros in the first quarter of 2021".
