The parents of Hego Euskal Herria will not be able to leave even if their children are isolated, if they have negative CRP

The spokesman for the Government of Spain, Maria Jesús Montero, said: "It is clear that the fathers and mothers of the children who tested positive are close and direct people, so they may be paid off, not so the fathers and mothers of the children who tested negative for PCR."
The minister stressed that all those living with positive people will have to be quarantined by accident and, in that case, they will have paid sick leave "so that there is no more contagion in the area". But there have been doubts about what parents who have the child in quarantine at home are going to do in order to be able to take care of their children. The Spanish Government has not clarified any.
The French State case
The French Government, for its part, expects parents to be allowed to leave if they have to close the school where their children go for a coronavirus case. Macron Government spokesman Gabriel Attal earlier this Tuesday that the decision to close a centre will be taken between the centre itself and the local authorities. According to Attal, "in the case of a case in a school, all possibilities have been analyzed with the necessary measures and reactions".
