Telework in Hego Euskal Herria has been carried out by 147,100 people, 34,000 in Navarre and 113,100 in the CAV, which represents an increase of 198.2% and 181.3% compared to a year ago, respectively.
Randstad has specified that, in order to be identified as teleworking, more than half of the working days have to be done from home. Navarre accounts for 12.5% of the employed, while the CAV accounts for 12.6% of the employed. Last year, 51,600 professionals from Hego Euskal Herria worked from home, so the figure has multiplied almost three times in a year.
In his view, this model "will continue to be implemented on a massive scale in all sectors of society where employment classes allow it". Therefore, it recommends that companies "accelerate the implementation of work plans with clear objectives for their peers, so that they can continue the models established during the confinement, once the doubts and prejudices that may have existed have been overcome".
