The preview of the Baiona end
The Bertsularien Lagunak Association has summed up with the word ‘success’ the semi-finals of the Xilaba championship by teams this year. The first semifinal was played at the Gaztetxe Zizpa of Baiona, and more people approached the program than expected. The 4koplaSara and Hasta La 2toria groups participated and from the beginning humor was imposed. 4koplaSara, based on the songs of several editions of the Korrika, presented the trajectory of each of the Bertsolaris, while wearing a hand-in-hand witness. To finish the farewell they sang a bertso that was inside Xilaba: “All guests, castles and streets / xilabos of this witness are composed of bertsulari bertsuzale / but the bertso is not a game, but a sign of encouragement / that what comes from the past is a great advertiser of the future / that it is a carrier of a people on long roads”. The group of Sara, formed by the sisters Amets Arzallus, Ellande Alfaro and Laida and Julene Etxeberri, was placed between applause.
Until La 2toria, Lur Renteria, Maddi Sarasua, Elixabet Etxandi and Xilabakide, which this year did not sing until then in the suitable exercises. All dressed in the serora costume represented the prayer in favor of the "fallen" groups until then in Xilaba, remembering that it was Omiasaindu Day. They were fired with a game of words and a healthy flutter. “Go in peace from the Lord... At the time they sang “In peace?” they took off the costume and under Hodei the figure of Ernesto Che Guevara was put on, and unanimously ended: ‘thanks to Che Guevara’. It was also a great applause for them.
All the exercises offered the opportunity to enjoy and finally the group Hasta La 2Toria was imposed at the end of Izuritz.
The one before the end of Muskildi
Since the Bertsularien Lagunak Association, they have pointed out that the next day’s action in Muskildi was ‘much more balanced’, as ‘very little bertsolarism fell’. About 80 people met to enjoy the dinner that prepared the Ikastola Epherra and after eating well they were able to enjoy the program. The Ez Otoi Pentsatu and Urruña groups made different layoffs. The first of them, brothers Maddi Ane and Josu Txoperena and Miren Artetxe, decided to take on the role of Amy Winehouse. While Maddi was Ane Amy, Look at the Devil and Josu Aingerua did the work of conscience. Amy's voice-over expressed little desire to sing and remembered how her angel Josu had lost against the same group he had in front of Berttolin that night, but clearly expressed his intention to win. The Devil, for his part, explained that he would be content with singing well and determined what theme he frightened of naming those of Urruña. Finally, the three sang with the famous song Rehab de Winehouse that had uploaded the beret... “If we were far from Xapel, you will touch you further, but we will go further! The txapela is already looking at us go!” was her message.
Iker Altuna, Odei Barroso, Kerman Diaz and Ortzi Idoate sang to show that the stereotypes they have about the subject are false. Then, each of them acquired a quality of Zuberoa or Zuberoa. Iker criticized that the people of Lapurdi are incomprehensible to those who speak so much Ü and H and claimed that ‘no one can be well known if he is not interested’. Odei, commenting that it is usually thought how far Zuberoa is, saying that some people think that long journeys are close to them, ended the verse: “But, however, I have come to Müskill and I have noticed that today/nothing is so close and nothing is so far away.” Kerman referred to landscapes. He gave a description of the peoples of Xiberua, singing ‘the quiet flocks through the beautiful fields, is for something the most beautiful corner of every corner’. And Ortzi, taking the Oriental Song as a melody, wanted to praise the song of the Zuberoa, “the level he sought”. Finally, they all sang together "Lo el No Otoi Think to share", but their prognosis was not fulfilled and the Hendaia group was imposed on the Saturday program.
