In the search for an explanation or justification, some focus on the age or density of our population by capturing these data, but none of them explains the main differences observed between countries. And by emphasising the huge difference that exists with Germany, some have called their data into question, because you cannot believe that there is such a difference. That is what they do, rather than looking at what has been done there.
In this second wave, the numbers of deaths due to COVID-19 have been downplayed, both voluntarily and involuntarily. Except for the importance, yes, but each of these numbers had a name and surname. Several weeks ago, the number of infections was rising again, and we knew that the dead would come behind that. Yes, we knew that of the more than 1,500 positives daily found earlier this month in Hego Euskal Herria, after three weeks 20 lives would be lost every day, as we have seen in the last week. But using one excuse or another, we have violated these people's right to life. We took their lives as a side consequence, because we weren't willing to do everything we needed to tackle the contagion chains. With different levels of responsibility, of course. Some are small and some are much larger, because that's what it means to be responsible for. But each with its responsibility. And as was foreseeable, neither the reprimands nor the simple complaints have saved those lives. In addition, new approaches are needed to deal with what has come to us, without the need to invent the wheel, because everyone has to learn how to deal with this in order to improve. And the proposals to do things differently are on the table. But those who have the ability to accept or implement them have not yet been heard. How long? How many more lives will we have to lose? And in the name of what is lost? On behalf of the economy? Having taught in our recent history that all life is sacred, with so much pain and suffering, what do we do now?
The equation is very simple. In order for no one to die of COVID-19, we would need him not to have any kind of HIV infection. Although we cannot completely eradicate it, let us at least make the effort to make the least possible infections. Not having twenty deaths a day. Although a great deal of effort has to be made to achieve this, we have some examples at the global level to do things better. Are we not taking the necessary steps for money? Really? We are so myopic that we do not see that the economy is deteriorating and will suffer because we do not face the pandemic seriously. So what do we do?

I don't want my daughter disguising herself as a Gypsy in the caldereros. I don’t want Gypsy children at my daughter’s school to dress up as Gypsies in caldereros. Because being a gypsy is not a disguise. Because being a gypsy is not a party that takes place once a year, with... [+]

This weekend I've been thinking about the word 'aesthetic' in relation to a phrase said by a friend: “This work is aesthetic.” I have studied the etymology of the word aesthetic, it seems that its meaning was originally perceived through the senses, and it was later associated... [+]
