A man who sexually assaulted the hijastra with little intelligence is sentenced to thirteen years in prison

The Provincial High Court of Álava has sentenced a man from Vitoria-Gasteiz to thirteen years and nine months in prison - without revealing his age, only from the age of 60 - for raping the daughter with intellectual disability of his new partner. The 34-year-old woman was attacked "frequently" when the events occurred, which occurred in 2021. The mother went to work at 5:00 a.m. and the daughter came to her social center at 9:00 a.m. It was happening in the meantime.
