A man who sexually assaulted the hijastra with little intelligence is sentenced to thirteen years in prison

The Provincial High Court of Álava has sentenced a man from Vitoria-Gasteiz to thirteen years and nine months in prison - without revealing his age, only from the age of 60 - for raping the daughter with intellectual disability of his new partner. The 34-year-old woman was attacked "frequently" when the events occurred, which occurred in 2021. Four sexual assaults over the weekend
This weekend, the neighborhoods of Salburua, Zabalgana and Txagorritxu of Vitoria-Gasteiz reported sexual assaults to three men, 37, 27 and 39, respectively. Furthermore, between Friday and Saturday night, a sexual assault was reported in a parking lot in the Donostia district of Gros.
The concentrations were developed this Tuesday at noon in Vitoria-Gasteiz and Donostia-San Sebastián, in order to "absolutely condemn" the attacks and express their solidarity.
