Several concerts and fireworks have to be suspended in San Sebastian Big Week
- The City Hall of Donostia-San Sebastian and the Pirata movement of San Sebastian communicated through social networks the suspension of some concerts and fireworks on Wednesday night. They made the decision by strong blows of wind to ensure the safety of the citizens. The Zarautz City Hall also suspended Zetak's concert due to rain and wind. For the time being, the Thursday programme has been retained with some modifications.
It ends up raining on the coast and comes with strong streaks of wind. The Chubascos started on Wednesday night and the City Hall of San Sebastian and Pirat decided to suspend several night concerts on August 17. In addition, fireworks were also extinguished by strong wind streaks.
The San Sebastian Pirates highlighted the “sadness in the heart” by noting that the concerts of the Skakeitan and 3062 groups have been suspended, but responsibility and security must be a priority. However, the Triniko program advanced for the enjoyment of the people who met under the tent.
The City Hall of San Sebastian began to suspend its program around 18:30 hours, first the concert of the Mitic group of Sagües, then the exit of giants and heads from the Old Quarter, the programming of the terraces of the Kursaal and finally the fireworks.
Thursday's programme is continuing, today is the day of the Mischievous Pirates, in which children's activities will take place starting in the morning. Due to weather conditions, these activities will be carried out in the Flamenca area.

There are no concerts in Zarautz
The City of Zarautz also stated on social networks that on August 17 the concert to be offered by the Zetak group has been suspended due to the resistance of rain and wind.
