Water, health, education, energy and economy are the five fingers of this hand that, in a friendly action for equity, could make Don Quixote's impossible dream come true: "Add some nobility to humanity."
Of the first three, water is the most threatened to get out of control and public management. Without risk of loss, there is a risk of error, as the transition from the public to the private always implies a loss of quality and accessibility.
Also, only the water of the four depends in part on the institution closest to citizenship, as is the case with municipalities.
Its mandatory defense requires the creation of initiatives such as Life and Sovereignty and Health, through motions in the Register of Municipalities, as was done in Hernani on 3 January to ensure its sovereignty. The Mayor is asked to vote in favour of three points: the report on the composition of water from the Commonwealth of Añarbe, with possible additives as fluoride, in order to have it on demand.
Likewise, begin to analyze with the people of these groups the possibility of transforming into drinking water with a non-toxic chemical agent and with lower risk than the current one (sodium hypochlorite and bleach), being the one with the highest disinfectant power of ozone with beneficial effects for health and lower maintenance costs. Finally, to name drinking water, all its sources, aquifers and springs: municipal heritage, of sovereign management, non-transferable and... inprivatizable.
