Strike at the Beasain home help desk
- The strike will take place between 8 and 14 November, after the resignation of the company’s management. The strike will be carried out against the instability of the sector and in favour of a convention.
During the months of September and October, the workers of the home aid service of the company Goxara de Beasain (Gipuzkoa), as explained, have been mobilised, as the management has not taken any "step" in the negotiating process. Home workers "Fighting for the convention!" They have mobilised under the slogan "in recent months", and once again they have called for a strike to the agreement.
The Home Aid Service is owned by the City of Beasain, but since this service is privatized it is available to the Goxara company. The mobilizations were carried out to claim the need for an agreement and that the 28 workers of the company work. Given the lack of progress in the negotiations, they have decided to go on strike.
The stops will take place between 8 and 14 November and concentrations will be held in front of Beasain City Hall and Zubimusu Square.
