A man accused of sexually abusing two younger sisters is imprisoned
- On 2 May, the mother of the two sisters filed a complaint at the Getxo police station. Upon completion of the investigation, the man has made a statement before the judge, who has ordered his admission to pre-trial detention.
The woman filed a complaint against a man for sexually assaulting her daughter and the underage. The Ertzaintza has opened an investigation and learned that he had also attacked another sister of the deceased, Marta Vázquez. This second daughter, who is currently of age, was not of age when the events occurred, according to research sources. He did not then denounce the situation, since the man, who is his family, threatened her and felt unprotected.
The man, who has been admitted to prison, is 44 years old. Upon completion of the investigation, the Ertzaintza has been arrested. After giving a statement, the judge has ordered his imprisonment for an alleged offence of sexual assault and sexual abuse.
Second attack in less than a month
A month ago, on 12 April, a woman filed a new complaint in Getxo for a sexual assault on a man with a fake job offer, according to the Basque Department of Security.
