A man kills a woman in Murchante, already fourth in Euskal Herria
- The man has escaped and the police are looking for him. This is the fourth Machista murder perpetrated in Euskal Herria this year.
Machista crime has been recorded at 10:30 in the morning on the road NA-6840, between the localities of Murchante and Cascante in Navarre. The man has stabbed the woman inside a car where the murderer and the victim travelled. It has subsequently been leaked.
The National Police has opened an investigation and is looking for the man, who has been arrested on the spot.
With this, there are four Machian murders committed in Euskal Herria so far this year. Last January a couple murdered Aintzane Pujana in Aizarnazabal, following a discussion in which the murderers forced the woman to prostitute herself. In February, in Sestao, Conchi González was killed by her husband, who subsequently committed suicide and murdered her husband in a house. Last April, a man murdered his wife with a shotgun in Biarritz, where he also committed suicide as a result of the wounds.
