Drowned a man on the beach of Bakio
- A 51-year-old Bilbao neighbor died on Sunday night at Bakio Beach. According to the Basque Government’s Department of Security, some citizens saw it as having difficulty getting out of the water.
One person has drowned this Sunday when bathing on the beach of Bakio (Bizkaia), according to the Basque Department of Security. At about 20:15 hours, a 51-year-old neighbor of Bilbao has been seen on the beach and has not been able to leave the water.
The man had already died before going to the ground and trying to revive himself. Emergency services have also been unable to save their lives. The body has been transferred to the Forensic Anatomical Institute, where an autopsy will be performed.
