The Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa, the companies that manage nursing homes in the country and the unions. The trade union itself has dealt with the 'formalities' in order to be able to hold a meeting at the CRL. ‘And the head of the CRL in Gipuzkoa will also be present,’ they have announced. In June, for example, at the request of ELA, the Gipuzkoa delegation of the Department of Labour of the Basque Government convened a meeting to which no representative of the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa attended.

The workers' representatives have called on the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa for permanent responsibility. Most of the sites offered in the centres are concerted, and the responsibility of the institution is essential. This has recently been claimed by the relatives of residents of residences, and weekly concentrations are being held in front of the Deputy in demand for a solution. They say that the labour conflict has worsened the service and that it must be resolved as soon as possible. They also consider that, although the conflict is on its way, it is necessary to take deeper measures to improve the service, as they see deficiencies in the care received by their relatives.

ELA representatives reported that they met with these relatives yesterday and agreed on the criticism of the Deputy's position: “We have shared disbelief and amazement.” ELA has proposed to family members to explain it at the end of the meeting on 10. ‘It is important to know at first hand the evolution of the conflict suffered by family members’. According to the union, they have been informed that they will go to the protest.
